Movcan V30 Pro Max Electric Bike

I have to say I am impressed with Movcan. Both the company and the e-bike. I was looking for it E-Bike that was affordable but rugged enough to do light off Roading as my son has a razor dirtbike and he likes to go off Roading when we ride. This E-Bike showed resiliency while going over dirt trails and light sand. It mowed over grass easily as well. I found the acceleration to be great.

I had questions for Customer Service when I first got the bike and they were very responsive via email and via Amazon messaging. If you’re having any doubts about Customer Service, don’t. I think for the VALUE this is one of the best if not the best E-Bike on the market as you get all the bells and whistles for a fraction of the price.

I would buy one for my son however it is relatively tall and the seat sits at a little over 32 inches. I am 5’7” and I can get on but my feet are not flat on the floor when I sit down so I need to usually lean to one side when I stop at lights, etc. Other than that, I really have no complaints about the E-Bike and have been riding it for a few months now.

This thing is amazing.

Set up took about 30 minutes when using the video from Movcan's website. Literally everything you need comes in the box. Tools, chargers, even a bike pump.

The dual batteries give A LONG range. I rode for 25 miles using only throttle and was at 60ish% battery life.

I highly recommend downloading the app for this bike. It gives you a bunch of helpful information like trip data and maintenance issues.

I can (pretty consistently) maintain around 32mph, 28 if you have a strong head wind. Either way, this is a blast and I highly recommend.

So for starters. Let me tell you. This bike is an amazing bike. I purchased my second one not too long ago. The only reason wasn’t the bike, but I had to move from Florida to California and to ship it was very costly, so unfortunately I had to sell it :(. I put 1000+ miles on it in a three month time frame because it’s so awesome. If you are looking to buy one I would recommend on getting the second battery, for its motorcycle look and for the distance and power. 5 stars to the bike and the company. Now the company is also as good as their product if not more. I had some issues with my bike, nothing major to say just some small things that I had trouble with. I sent an email with my issue and almost instantly they got to work and sent me the parts that I needed right away. Lynn you weee the best to work with. So if you are looking for a great E-Bike, MOVCAN has got you covered.

Rode a friend's bike and totally fell in love ❤️ with it. Has lots of power and get up and go. Nice features and it's built like a tank. Smooth ride with a nice, comfortable banana style seat. Lots of bang for the buck. We'll worth the price. Great value.

I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days!

Speed
My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand

Assembly
Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this.

Interface
Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things

Looks and quality
This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4”

Cons
The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha.

I've got not had it a week and I can't get off of it. So much fun!!

We ordered the v30 ProMax for my 15 year old, and it’s perfect for around town riding. It has great suspension and is a fun and smooth ride. Dual batteries is a plus. When we needed customer support they were immediately on top of it, very helpful, and honored our warranty right away.

V30 maxpro is well built, packaging was great, setting up bike was easy. Bike performs well, it is comfortable to ride, it has no problemsgetting up the steepest hills. I am satisfied with bike. Small issue with the screenthat im waiting for customer support to get back to me, but it doesnt effect function of the bike

I love it, I I’ll take it on my longest ride tomorrow, very good e-bike, no complaints

Movcan is perfect. Movcan V30 Pro Max is better than Tesla electric cars.
