Shipping Policy

At Movcan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re working hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

We ship via local UPS, USPS, or FedEx —no taxes required. Delivery may not be available in some areas, or extra shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Time

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, bike orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery to your address.

For pre-order items, refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email.

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), (GMT-8) Pacific Time, US.

* Exceptions may apply to distant and/or less accessible locations. We do not ship to APO/FPO, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii.

*Please note that once the products are delivered, Movcan will not be responsible for any lost or stole items.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel your order, change the shipping address, or change the model on the same day you place your order by contacting support@movcan.com during business hours (Pacific Time, until 5:00 PM).
Cancellations, address changes, and model changes are only effective after you receive a confirmation email from our support team. Orders cannot be changed after shipment.

After Shipment (Next Day):
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. We can attempt to intercept the package; whether interception succeeds or not, a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost will apply. If interception fails, you may choose to refuse delivery.
