This review is just for the purchasing portion of the experience. It was pretty easy straight forward. The hardest part was all the different bikes they have for sale.

So far I love my new bike. This is my 1st e-bike. I have been riding a scooter (stand up) but I needed something to sit down on and this bike is perfect so far.

So far it seems well constructed and durable. I build custom motorcycles, so everything appeared to be well engineered with the exception of the choice of wheels. Spoked wheels appear flimsy and should be the mag style. Also, the front fork should have a stop so it doesn’t contact the upper battery on full turn lock. Time will tell if this bike will stay together and be a good value.

Beyond the shipment being delayed due to FedEx making a mistake, the bikes has been amazing, I rode it till the battery died the first day I got it, plugged the battery up, took about 8 1/2 hours to charge all the way, but the bike is amazing, has great power, good speed for a commuter, and it rides pretty well. I have nothing bad to say about the bike or the company.

Everything arrived fast. The pads are extra set and will use probably sooner due to my hilly area

My first e-bike ever! I’ve only had it for a few days. It was delivered almost completely assembled. Just a few steps that were not too complicated to complete assembly. I got everything in the box as advertised. No complaints. It rides great! It has good torque and power. I haven’t tested the range yet but I will soon. So far il just love it. It looks great too!

Definitely worth for commuting if you work in your city super smooth honestly the worse part was the phone holder its flimsy besides that super sturdy I recommend.

Received e-bike assembly went well. Charged battery and put it to the test. Decent ride plenty of torque. Reached a speed of 24 mph. Packing did its intended purpose.

It is super fun to ride and a great budget bike for cheap!

Bike came undamaged and works as advertised. But have a safety problem, when trying to inflate back tire, sidewall pops out of rim at 10psi happened x4. Will have to
Remove back tire and install new tube.

This ebike gets the best by far. I was looking for a new ebike to replace my old one, which was about half the price of this, it had multiple signs of failure. All the specs were wrong and it just started falling apart, left and right. But After I got this ebike with the hydraulic brakes, the good motor the good quality materials, the large wheels and everything. Man, the game really changed.I worked as a Uber
Eat driver and this thing just gave me so much more confidence and orders. Ihighly recommend this e bike to anyone looking for an affordable , excellent quality ebike that they don't have to worry about falling apart or not getting the specs they expected.

Great investment. I use it every day and it is smooth and balanced. Comes with so many accessories. I get compliments often and I feel cool when im riding.

I like it for the price it’s really good you can’t go wrong. As for the quality it seems good but only time will tell. It took some time to put together because there was no manual but if you search through enough videos on yt you’ll find how to put together.

My gas tank battery came cracked... i sure hope they will give me a replacement

I was able to ride on the bike lane and roads without being pulled over by police in Boston. Fun bike to ride just make sure you follow the speed limit. Also this bad boy can hit 35 mph

Everything was OK except for the bike and the handlebar was missing a cap
